Timeline

Please complete the form below to submit any commission requests. Once completed, I'll send over an email within 3-5 business days to confirm!

Once the details of your piece are confirmed, I'll email you an invoice for a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be 50% of the total cost of the piece, not including shipping.

After receiving a deposit, I'll work on and send a digital sketch of the piece.

After incorporating feedback and receiving approval from the sketch, I'll start the painting process. The painting process takes about 3-6 weeks, depending on the size.

Once completed, I'll send a photo of the finished work for any last revision requests, along with an invoice for the final 50% of payment (this bill will include previously indicated shipping costs!)

Once payment is received and the painting has had time to dry (I prefer to allow the paint to dry for about 3 weeks) I'll package and ship your artwork!

Prices are listed in the submission form below! Please select "other" if you're looking for a custom size or project, and I'll be happy to send a quote!

Please note that website promotions and discounts are not applicable to commissioned pieces.

Rights and Usage

Commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute artwork without permission. I retain the copyright to the commissioned artwork and may use for promotional purposes (portfolio use, social media posts.)

The use of AI in any way in reference to my artwork is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits for commission pieces are non-refundable. I cannot accommodate certain changes (size alterations) after this invoice is received. Please send an email as soon as possible if there are any last minute changes to your order.
